Include the RA number on your return package label. Return your item(s) in new condition (including remote control, manual, etc.) in the original packaging along with a copy of your receipt.

Allow 10-14 calendar days for refunds to be credited to the original purchasing credit card. If you are returning a XM Radio receiver remember to deactivate your service prior to returning by calling 1-800-XM-RADIO. Receivers with clipped or soldered wires are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the product is defective.
